Our Story

Ascent Cuisine began with a heart to prepare food with intention, dignity and care. Through Ascent Unity Coalition, our meals connect catering with practical community support, helping churches, organisations, workplaces and families gather around food with purpose.

Every order helps create a pathway for connection, outreach and care. We aim to prepare food that is warm, inclusive and suitable for diverse community needs, while continuing to build a stronger foundation for future community support initiatives.

Vegan and vegetarian meals are a central part of our offering, not just an optional add-on. Our food is designed to be inclusive, thoughtful and suitable for diverse dietary and cultural needs.

All food is halal-friendly unless otherwise requested.

Future Transitional Housing Vision

Ascent Unity Coalition has a long-term vision to explore transitional housing and stability support for vulnerable adults aged 18–40 who may be experiencing hardship, housing insecurity, or major life transition. This is not yet an active service, but it remains part of our broader mission as we build strong governance, community partnerships, and sustainable support pathways.
